YOU MUST INDICATE ON THIS ENTRY WHETHER YOU WILL BE LIFTING SINGLE-PLY OR DOUBLE-PLY or RAW IN THE DIVISIONS. You must choose one for the competition. You may not choose one for one division and another for a second division. NO CHANGES IN PLY, DIVISION, OR WEIGHT CLASS.
