Welcome to our Island in the Middle of the Sea and “Mahalo” for your participation in Sonny’s 11th Annual WABDL!
This contest will be drug-tested with 10% of the highest coefficients being selected. Every lifter is required to have a one-piece lifting suit that cannot be
excessively loose. Review official rules at www.wabdl.org. Every lifter is required to have a current WABDL membership card (adult $40 / teen $30)
because this is a sanctioned competition, which means High School, Collegiate, State, National, and World Records can be set. Mail card application

WABDL membership application can be found at www.wabdl.org. This event is also a World Championship Qualifier, which will be held from November 17-22, 2015 at Bally’s Hotel in Las Vegas,
Nevada. The top 3 finishers in every weight class of every division qualifies for the World Championships.
