Frank Wakakuwa

Frank has been with the WABDL since its inception in 1997. He benched his first 600 in 1995. “One of my biggest achievements was being named the 4th Overall Best Lifter at the first worlds“.

Frank was named the first and only recipient of the Ironman Endurance Award. He has won 24 World WABDL Titles and 1 World IPL Title. He currently holds the Law/Fire 242 (40-47) world record at 677.
