Hello WABDL family!

 

I hope training is going well and that you are all ready to compete! We have heard there seems to be some confusion about booking a room at the Horseshoe. It appears that they are having some difficulties with their phone reservation system, we are asking that you please use the online reservation system to make sure you get the best rates!

Anyone that called in and had trouble reserving a room and had to reserve their room outside of the hotel block or had to reserve their room at a different hotel, please call Gus immediately-(503) 901-1622, so he can fix it and get them a room within the block at the proper rate.  We will be going to Las Vegas next year November 6 through November 10, and if we want to continue to go to Las Vegas, it is critical that we make hotel reservations within the hotel block, via the pass key
